The cottage, formerly a mill workers cottage dating back to 1766, has been furnished and decorated in traditional style and offers excellent value at any time of the year.

Whinsmill is a rural hamlet situated two miles east of Wigton within a forty minute drive of Keswick. Located midway between Cockermouth and Carlisle (20 minutes).

The central heated and double glazed accommodation comprises of open plan living area, heavily beamed with feature fireplace housing electric stove effect fire, colour TV with Freeview and CD player/radio. Dining area and kitchen equipped with electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Bathroom with shower above bath, hand basin and WC.

First floor: Two double bedrooms with rural outlook.

The property has a patio to the rear of the property with garden furniture and rural outlook and parking by the door.
