Carlisle Area
Hall Hills - Yan, Tyan, Tethera & The Folly - Sleeps 2-15 people
Hall Hills are four 16 century barns which have been skilfully converted to provide 5 star accommodation in superb rolling countryside. The sandstone barns are all of individual style with flexible layout and lends themselves to families going on holiday together. Yan, Tyan, Tethera and The Folly can either accommodate smaller individual groups or larger parties up to 15 in all four barns. Situated in the heart of rural Raughton Head, five miles from Dalston, seven miles from Carlisle and only twenty miles from Keswick. An ideal location for a peaceful break.
Geltsdale - Sleeps 8 people
Geltsdale has been renovated and lovingly restored from the east wing of a late Victorian gentleman's residence, the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom first and second floor apartment offers superb holiday accommodation in a tranquil setting, with use of 2 acres of attractive formal lawned gardens. Geltsdale is located in the village of Wetheral which has many fine restaurants and traditional pubs.

Clinthead Cottage - Sleeps 7 people
Clinthead Cottage is a former farmhouse occupying a courtyard setting with south-facing lawned garden. The cottage sits midway between Great Corby and Cumwhitton, two picturesque. traditional villages in the northern Eden Valley within 7 miles of Carlisle and easy travelling distance of Hadrian's Wall and the northern Lake District. The cottage is very well equipped, it has one double bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom and a childrens bunk room. The cottage also benefits from an additional sofa bed.
Newlands Farmhouse - Sleeps 8 people
Newlands Farmhouse dates back to the 16th century and is a former Bastle House. Situated in an elevated position at Bolton Fell End, 1 mile from Hethersgill with superb views in all directions the cottage is 9 miles North East of Carlisle in an area of outstanding beauty. Known as the Border Reiver Country on the English/Scottish border. Hethersgill is an ideal base to explore the Scottish Borders, Hadrian's Wall, Eden Valley and the Northern Lake District. The cottage benefits from having a cosy open fire for those chilly evenings.
The Heights - Sycamore Cottage, Meadow View & Clove Cottage - Sleeps 4 - 12
The Heights, as the name suggest enjoys an elevated location with superb panoramic views to the northern Pennines, the distant Lake District fells and the Settle railway line. The Heights is in a rural location in an area outstanding natural beauty, situated 4 miles south of Appleby between the Eden Valley and northern Pennines within a half hour drive of the Lake District. The courtyatd development has three two bedroom cottages. The cottage retain a wealth of beams, oak flooring and exposed stonework and are equipped to cater for your every need.

Wetheral Cottages - Mickledale, Windale, Langriggs, High Croft & Garth Cottage - Sleeps 3- 23
A group of 5 charming well-equipped sandstone cottages, each decorated and furnished with care. The cottages are situated on the edge of an attractive Cumbrian village, with a pub serving excellent food, near the River Eden and surrounded by rolling farmland. The village of Great Salkeld, centred around the Norman Church, offers tranquillity. From here there is easy access to the lakes and mountains of the Lake District, the Scottish Borders. The cottages are set amongst open plan gardens which lead to the paddock a popular place for picnics and barbacues.
Wydon Farm - Poppy Cottage, Lavender Cottage & Daisy Cottage - Sleeps 2 - 10
Wydon Farm is situated in Pebruddock. Penruddock is conveniently located just a short drive off the M6 motorway with easy access to Lake Ullswater, only 7 miles away and Keswick only a 15 minute drive. The Caldbeck fells are also within easy reach providing a quiter haven for walkers then the hustle of the Lake District. There are 2 pubs within 1 mile and Penrith, the 'Gateway to the Lakes', is only 10 minutes away. The cottages have been converted from a 17 century barn providing light and airy accommodation.
Parklands - Park Foot Holiday Park - Sleeps 10
The most romantic lake in the Lake District is host to Park Foot Holiday Park, located on the banks of Lake Ullswater, the park offers relaxed and friendly holiday accommodation comprising of lodges and cottages. One of those cottages Parklands can accommodate up to 10 people. Set within its own south facing gardens and magnificent views towards Lake Ullswater, Parklands is a 5 bedroom detached house decorated and equipped to a high standard and ideal for two families sharing or a large group of friend.
Caldbeck Area
Oak View - Sleeps 9
A most spacious well appointed cottage, to cater for either a large party or two families. Oak View is situated in the centre of the beautiful and historic village of Caldbeck. The village has a wealth of local amenities and is centrally situated, being almost equal distance from Carlisle, Penrith, Cockermouth and Keswick. The village has many beautiful walks and cycle routes as well as a lovely tradiitional coffee shop and local pub serving traditional pub food. Oak View has four bedrooms, two en-suite and 3 reception rooms and a family bathroom.
High Greenrigg House - Swallows Rest, High Pike Cottage & Brae Fell Cottage -

Dating back 350 years High Greenrigg was once a typical Lakeland Hill Farm and Steading, but now it has been painstakingly renovated to provide 3 delightful cottages nestling in unspoilt countryside with peace and tranquility all around. Located in the Northern Lakeland Fells, 3 miles South of Caldbeck with its traditional village green, duck pond and village shop. High Greenrigg House offers high and lowland walks from the door. The cottages have been renovated to provide for your every comfort and combine modern day living with some original features.

This lakeland stone fronted mid terrace house is ideally located within a 5 minute level walk of the town centre, River Greta and Fitz Park ensuring there is plenty to occupy the whole family. THe spacious 3 storey, 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is ideal for the extended family or groups of friends looking for accommodation centrally located with amenities close by, and the ground floor bedroom and shower room is a great advantage for those who have difficulty with stairs.

THis cottage is sure to appeal to the discerning client with stunning panoramic mountain views over the town to Bassenthwaite Lake and the fells beyond. Nestled into the lower slopes of Rydal Fell, above the idylic village of Grasmere, the property enjoys superb views towards Helm Crag (The Lion and The Lamb) and Silver Howe. The tastefully decorated 17th Century farmhouse is situated almost midway between Keswick and Ambleside with an abundance of outdoor pursuits available from the door. All four bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the cottage retains many traditional features with a wealth of exposed oak beams.
Bakers Rest, Old Bakers Cottage & Rowan Cottage - Sleeps 4 - 18
Bakers Rest, Old Bakers and Rowan Cottage are all situated next door to each other. As the name suggests they have been converted from an old bakery in Grasmere. These cottages are all a stones throw away from the village where you can find a great selection of traditional pubs and tea shops within the village, together with attractions such as the famous Grasmere Gingerbread Shop and of course Dove Cottage Museum, former home of William Wordsworth. All three cottages are of a excellent standard.
